By connecting to RegistryLine.com (“Site”) or one of its affiliate web sites, you
(“User”) agree to be bound to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and you consent that
these Terms constitute a binding contract between you and RegistryLine.com. If you do
not wish to abide by these Terms, please cease to visit and use this Site. We reserve the
right to revise these Terms at any time, for any reason, so it is recommended that whenever
you use this Site you check the date of the last revision of these Terms. Whether or not
you have read our latest Terms of Service, your continued use of this Site implies your agreement
with these Terms.
If RegistryLine.com believes that any User of this Site has violated any conditions stated in
these Terms, RegistryLine.com may immediately terminate User’s account. If a subscribing User’s
account is terminated, User’s only compensation may be a pro rata refund for the remaining days of
the monthly membership period.
Waiver of Claims and Endorsements
User agrees to waive any and all claims against RegistryLine.com that are connected to the use of our
Site, in exchange for User’s permission to use our Site and its data. User acknowledges that
RegistryLine.com only offers information regarding real estate and real estate services;
RegistryLine.com does not actually sell real estate properties. RegistryLine.com is not responsible
for any of the individuals or companies (Vendors) who offer real estate and/or real estate services
through the Site. We are not affiliated with any of these Vendors, and in no way endorse them or the
goods and services they offer Users. When using our Site, User understands that they are not obligated
or encouraged to use Vendors, and any relationship User enters with a Vendor is solely the concern and
responsibility of User and the Vendor.
RegistryLine.com disclaims all warranty and guarantees, express or implied, regarding the function of
the Site and or its content. RegistryLine.com has made reasonable efforts to place accurate information
on this Site, but RegistryLine.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. The
Site’s content and services are provided as is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind.
Grant of License to Member
Based upon the Member's agreement to adhere to these Terms of
Service, Registryline.com grants and conveys to the Member, during
the term of Member's free trial, Membership and/or paid Membership,
a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data,
information and services provided through the Registryline.com
website subject to the License Restrictions detailed below.
Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RegistryLine.com, at User's sole expense,
against any claim, action, legal proceeding, damages, liability, settlements, expenses
(including attorneys' fees) and other costs relating to breach of any of these Terms by
any party; User's negligence or misconduct, or claims that User has infringed the copyright,
trademark, trade secret, patent, or other proprietary right of a third party.
Limitation of Liability
RegistryLine.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, WHETHER OR NOT RegistryLine.com HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS
NEGLIGENCE. THIS PROVISION IS SUBJECT TO POSSIBLE LIMITATION UNDER STATE LAW.

No individual or organization may link to any other web page of this Site without the prior written consent
of RegistryLine.com.
Proprietary Rights and Trademarks
User agrees that the data, information, services, and RegistryLine.com are proprietary information and
property of RegistryLine.com, its Vendors, and affiliates. User recognizes that the information and
property of RegistryLine.com, its Vendors, and affiliates are protected by proprietary rights, including
but not limited to copyright, trademark, and trade name. User also recognizes that all trademarks, service
marks, logos, or other corporate identifications (collectively "Marks") on this Site are trademarks or
service marks of RegistryLine.com or another entity. User agrees not to use, copy, reproduce, republish,
upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify these Marks in any way. The use of these Marks on or as a
link to any other web site is strictly prohibited without prior written approval by RegistryLine.com.
Restrictions on Use of Services
Subscriptions to the Site’s services (“Membership”) are restricted to private use only. The commercial
resale and any republishing or manipulation of data and content obtained through the Site, by any User in
any capacity, is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright, trademark, or service mark infringement.
Downloading, data mining, screen scraping, or any other activity designed to obtain, reuse, and resell data
and content contained within the Site is strictly prohibited. RegistryLine.com reserves the right to
immediately terminate any Membership which is being used in any such activity.
Grant of License and Restrictions
During User’s period of free trial and/or Membership, RegistryLine.com grants User a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the data, information, and services (“Services”) provided through the
Site, subject to Terms, Privacy Policy, and the following License Restrictions:
- User will only use Services provided by RegistryLine.com and will not allow Services to be used by a
third party or any other individual or organization, including but not limited to any agent, representative,
consultant, officer, director, shareholder, parent organization, or subsidiary organization.
- User further warrants that User will not transfer, resell, or sublicense any Services provided
by RegistryLine.com in any medium, manner or format whatsoever, for any purpose, including but not
limited to the following:
• use other than User's private use;
• extracting any of the Site’s data, information, and content for any use;
• reproduction or distribution associated with any third party’s goods or services;
• combination with any other third party’s goods or services.
User's Code of Behavior
Any information User provides to RegistryLine.com must be true, complete, and accurate, must not falsely
identify User or any third party, and must not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
By subscribing to Services, User agrees not to disclose any assigned access code to others. User also agrees
not to distribute the information or content contained in the Site to any individual or organization, by any
means, printed, electronic, or other.
User may continue to access RegistryLine.com's database as long as User’s account is current. User also
agrees to pay the monthly charge and will be automatically billed to the credit card listed given to
RegistryLine.com until User decides to cancel. User may use the seven (7) day free trial period one time
only.
Membership Fee and Method of Payments
RegistryLine.com charges a membership fee of $29.99 per month. Membership begins the day that User’s paid
Membership commences. If the User applies for a free seven (7) day trial membership and does not cancel
the Membership during the trial period, User understands that Membership will automatically continue as a
regular monthly Membership. The User will be automatically charged for Membership using the credit card the
User provided during registration. Membership fees are non-refundable and will continue until the User
cancels their Membership, whether or not the User is using the Site’s Services.
To process Membership payments, User's complete billing address and telephone number must be provided.
RegistryLine.com only accepts online payments via major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discovery,
and American Express. If User’s credit card is declined for payment, User will be notified and User’s
Membership to the Site will be automatically cancelled.
By registering for the free seven (7) day trial period or signing up directly for Membership, User
acknowledges that billing for User’s Membership will commence at the end of the trial period and that
recurring billing will continue until User cancels Membership.
User may contact RegistryLine.com customer service at support@registryline.com concerning charges or
other questions regarding the status of User’s Membership.
Membership Cancellation and Refunds
User is required to login and visit "My Profile" web page, which can be accessed by clicking the link
located in the upper right corner of the screen once logged in. Once on "My Profile" web page, User must
click "Cancel my membership" button to complete the cancellation process. Once User has completed the
cancellation process stated above, User will receive a confirmation email stating that their Membership
has been canceled. If User has not received the cancellation confirmation email, Membership has not been
canceled correctly and the cancellation process needs to be repeated.
User must cancel their Membership to the Site through the process outlined above; Registryline.com will not
accept any other methods of canceling Membership, including but not limited to emails, telephone calls,
faxes, and letters.
User’s personal opinions on the quality of Services offered by the Site or non-use of the Site will not
justify any refunds. RegistryLine.com is not responsible for any charges User incurs if User is unable to
access the Site due to misplaced or invalid account information, including but not limited to usernames,
passwords, or contact info. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of RegistryLine.com.
No Partnership or Agency
User understands and acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship
exists or is created between User and RegistryLine.com as a result of use of the Site.
Governing Law
The contents of this Site and any claims related to it and RegistryLine.com are governed by the laws of
the State of New York, without reference to its conflict of laws rules. User consents to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the County of New York, and User waives to the
fullest extent allowed by law the defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any action or
proceeding.
In the event that User is engaged in any activities prohibited in these Terms, RegistryLine.com may seek
injunction in any court located in the County of New York or the United States District Court for the
Southern District of New York. User consents to the jurisdiction of said courts and shall be liable for
all attorneys’ fees incurred as the result of legal action related to any wrongful action referenced herein.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire and only agreement between User and RegistryLine.com on the
matters described. User understands that User may be subject to further restrictions while using Vendors' web sites.
